Starting from scratch

1. Send us your idea

A photo, a memory, a sketch, a flower from your garden. Tell us the idea, the garment (shirt, dress, denim), and where you'd like the embroidery placed.

2. We talk it through

We'll get back to you to understand the idea fully, confirm it's doable, and give you an honest cost and timeline before anything is finalized.

3. You approve the design

We sketch the motif and share it with you. Nothing gets stitched until you've said yes.

4. We stitch it by hand

Every piece is embroidered by hand, no shortcuts. Time needed depends on the complexity of the design.

5. It ships to you

Packed carefully, shipped with tracking, ready to wear.

Choose your garment, placement, and sizing.

3. We stitch and ship

Once we confirm the details, we get stitching. Then it ships to you.

A note on time

Hand embroidery isn't fast, and we won't pretend it is. We'll always give you a realistic timeline upfront rather than a rushed promise we can't keep.
